Our Customer Policy

Once payment has been sent , the manufacturing of the dress will start 15 days after .After that time the sale is final

With the invoice you will receive the measurement you have given for your dress ; You are buying this given measurement dress. Plz double check your measurement before paying since NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN

We will control quality before sending the dress to you . We highly recommend insurance , once the dress is sent we are no longer responsible;

We will always be there to answer anytime any of yours questions ,

We are very committed to meet your requirement for your delight

We can also produce dress upon request as a personnal project ,A study will be done , this is upon the approval of your tailor and the availability of the requested fabric

When buying you accept the following conditions

All prices are given in FOB

Delivery time depends on order quantity and production current schedule. We prefer longer delivery time for top quality products. Approximate time 3 weeks

All sales are finals . goods can not be returned or refunded

Prices stated are correct at the time of print. However, all final prices will be confirmed by a formal invoice from our Company. Items in picture approximately represent the final product but may not necessarily convey exact details

We shall not be liable, financially or otherwise, for any package loss, shipment delay and/or customs issues.

¡¤Buyers are responsible for tariff, duty fee, warehouse fee or any other fee that may incur along the way.

¡¤Our primary courriers are EMS , POST ,TNT . UPS, DHL and Fedex only.
